I studied computer programming in college but I discovered that I enjoyed working with others more than working alone or in a cubicle. In 1998 I was working at Nilsen Glass Co. I was in bookkeeping there, and I was their IT person. They allowed my clients to drop off their computers for repair. I took them home to fix them and brought them back for pickup. In 2006 I opened up for business. I work from home and it is gratifying. I have been in business for 18 years. I do so many different things that I am never bored.
I am a singer-songwriter. My favorite guitar is a 12-string Rainsong. I played a jumbo Guild 12 string before but it got too heavy for me and actually gave me posture problems, so I needed a lightweight 12 string. The Rainsong is just what I needed. And, a bonus is that she stays in tune except for when she gets new strings. My music is Folk-Blues-Americana.

If you’re producing music, a podcast, or just playing around with audio, Audacity is for you.
I recommend Paint.Net for your image editing. I have used it for years! I am a landscape photographer and I appreciate color and angles. I once traveled to Salem, Oregon to photograph a solar eclipse. My camera is a Nikon Coolpix P900.
